“We had our overnight trip to Westport on 2/3rd May and had a lovely time greatly enhanced by beautiful weather! We stopped at Turlough Country and Life museum, visited the Garden Centre nearby on our journey down to Westport. Some of us danced the night away to the live music in the bar of the Castlecourt hotel that night after a delicious meal in the restaurant. We spent the next morning shopping before departing for home. We visited Foxford Woollen Mills on our return journey where we had a guided tour and bought some beautiful throws. Our evening meal in Davis’s Restaurant was the perfect way to round off the trip. Where to next year??”
