The RTAI Office is open from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m.to 4.30 p.m. daily. We ask members who wish to contact us by telephone to ring in the morning time. By doing so we will be able to respond to each call on the day itis received. The office will remain open until 4.30 p.m. each day but the priority in the afernoon switches to other activities such as meetings with members and other agencies and responding to letters and emails from members. Telephone calls received in the afernoon may not receive a response until the following morning. Avoid the answering machine and ring in the morning where possible!
